Westside has further improved its systems by integrated its customised cloud based systems with the FieldMagic app

In 2014 Westside Fire chose to go completly electronic and automated but with one draw back! Log book reporting. Whilst Westside still uses log books for its clients, it aslo integrates with FieldMagic, a fully automated app which enables its mobile technicans to do electronic log book reporting. This enables Westside to fully automate its process and inform its clients more quikly when it comes to critical defects, defects and non conformances. 

Its an ideal platfrom for Strata management companies since because we now cut down on masses of paperwork that bog down administrators!
